The personal nature of mobile marketing naturally inspires heightened concern about privacy, both in terms of misappropriation and use of personal data and unwarranted intrusion through the mobile device. Enpocket is fundamentally committed to helping ensure that these concerns are unfounded and that mobile marketing develops as a well managed, permission-based, spam-free medium.

That’s why Enpocket has taken a leadership role in defining mobile marketing best practices for the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) in the US and in Europe. In fact, Enpocket led development of the first comprehensive MMA Code of Conduct, the most thorough guide on best practice mobile marketing, for both continents.
